The Pens are looking good. I expected them to make the final, I expected them to destroy Ottawa, but I didn't expect them to utterly dominate the Rangers too.

Yeah, they've looked impressive. Though, I can't believe Montreal has caved to the Flyers so easily. Though, I'm having fun with a friend who's a Habs fan.

Yeah, Detroit hasn't played real hockey in at least a month. Dallas has taken down two cup front-runners already.
Biron has been good for Philly, but he's no Lundqvist.

Game 1 was pretty ugly for the Stars. Though, I don't think they played anywhere near where they're capable. They looked sluggish and fought the puck at every turn.
And, I thought the Holmstrom goal should have been called off. From what I saw, he was interfering with Turco. Turco couldn't move out to challenge the shooter with Holmstrom's ass in the way.

The Stars are coming off having played more than two full games in a single night while the Wings are rested after an easy series. The next game should be closer.

Malkin was incredible last night. That slapshot breakaway goal was awesome. Especially after that huge hit from Richards.
